The property is located on the West Coast of Puerto Rico and we’re ten minutes from Rincon. Directly on the beach. Walk out the back gate to your own piece of paradise. The space Welcome to Sea Turtle Beach Apartments 🐢 The beautiful apartments are right on the Anasco Bay and can accommodate up to four (4) guests in each apartment. Property consists of Three apartments which sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Your family group will have the entire property to yourselves and not shared with others. One of the apartments will not be available since you’re booking only 3 apartments for a smaller family group. Please inquire if you decide to rent the 4th apartment. Your group will fall in love with the privacy, serenity and peacefulness that our place inspires. Relax and rejuvenate yourself while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean while breathing in the fresh salt water air. Our Beach is swimmable and you can workout or walk for miles. Each apartment has its own automatic switch that will kick on from the generator in the event the power goes out.******* Important things to note: 1)The new air conditioners can cool down the entire apartment. (once you close all windows it will cool down in 20 minutes) (2) At check-in you will receive a key to the back gate which will give you direct access to the Beach. (3) You will receive a front gate remote for your car to access the property as we are completely gated/ fenced in property. (4) We provide free Wifi connection via Liberty. (We feel Liberty offers the most reliable service and fastest speed in PR) Our current speed is 500 MBPS. (5) The family room area has a futon sofa, television with Roku so you can watch Sling, Netflix, YouTube. We also offer Showtime and 70 channels in Spanish. There is a Second TV in every primary bedroom which is a new 50” Smart TV, flat screen with Roku, Sling and Netflix. After waking up to the joyful sounds of the multiple species of birds, you will feel inspired to take a morning walk on the Beach to the nearby river. Completely Gated Property on (1 )acre of lush grounds directly on the Beach with newly constructed 20x30 Gazebo ideal for smaller family gatherings. Each apartment is equipped with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The primary bedrooms have one Queen bed. The second bedroom has one full bunk beds or individual twin beds. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for great meal preparations with new stainless steel appliances. Every apartment has newer linens and towels. Laundry available for long term stays. Kids favorite time is roasting marshmallows at the fire-pit. Take long walks on the beach and enjoy the following activities & Beach Toys: Fishing, swimming, 3 kayaks, several boogie boards, noodles and beach chairs. Start collecting sea-shells or just lay on one of the many hammocks, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. "Al Fresco" dining is available under the Seaside Gazebo for catered dinners for 12+ guests at a very affordable price provided by a professional catering service. The gazebo has lights for night time use and 2 high powered commercial ceiling fans. The laundry area is locked for housekeeping only. We have a laundromat within 5 miles that offers a convenient drop off service too. Other things to note 1. Our facility is only to be used for the amount of guests indicated in the booking. 2. Parties are not allowed unless previously coordinated and approved at the time of booking. 3. We don’t allow unregistered guests. 4. We offer a 20x30 Gazebo exclusively for your family’s use. 5. We offer an outdoor BBQ grill at the gazebo along with a new full gas tank. 6. Every apartment has its own private entrance and balcony. 7. The front gate is electric and you will receive your own remote per apartment (4 remotes total) 8. Every apartment is supplied with the following: sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bamboo pillows, new bed quilts, dishes, glasses, utensils , pots, pans, cooking utensils, Dawn soap, Protex antibacterial hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, mop, broom and fabuloso. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster all stainless steel appliances. Pet information- we allow up to 2 dogs per stay under 50 pounds. There is a fee. You need to complete the pet request at the time of inquiry with pet breed, weight and information. We are pet friendly but your dogs need to be documented with Airbnb at the time of the booking and not after the fact per Airbnb rules. If you arrive with an unexpected pet at the time of checkin Airbnb will add the fee to your stay.
