On those glorious sunny days you can sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and view from your private terrace . There is a fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook, and a washing machine ... for those who love to wash :). The dining room offers the most amazing views to sit and enjoy dinner or a glass of wine. For entertainment on those days where you just feel like snuggling up inside, we have an assortment of games, books and a range of movies for you to choose from. The master bedroom has a queen size bed 160x200. The single room has a single bed 95 x 200. All the linen, duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic. All of our apartments are fully equipped with 'healthy' high quality electric heating to completely roast up the entire apartment for those winter days. On those warm summer days there are portable air conditioners as well as portable fans. We supply you with the necessities such as toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, tea, coffee, oil, spices, salt and pepper etc. Guest access Within a few minutes walk there is one of the most visited Miradouro's in Lisbon (Miradouro da Senhora do Monte) or head to the famous Castle and Alfama. A stroll away you can hop on the well known Tram 28 and trail through the city. Surrounding the apartment you will find all the traditional culinary delights of Portugal such as bakeries, cafes, restaurants, including the famous Via Graca which is 2 minute walk from the apartment, traditional gift shops, wine shops and supermarkets, all within the historical streets of Graca. At our apartments you are only steps away from it all! The apartment is located in a traditional lane way. After a day of sightseeing, you will appreciate returning to the quietness and overlooking beautiful Lisbon. By transport, there is very easy access from Tram 28 which is a few minutes walk away or Intendente train station is only a step away. If you are coming by taxi, then you will be easily dropped a few steps from the door. Other things to note ***VERY IMPORTANT- PLEASE Read BEFORE BOOKING*** *This accommodation is NOT for late nighters, bar or party people. It is a quiet accommodation and is strictly for people who want to enjoy exploring Lisbon, not exploring 'only' the Lisbon nightlife. - We pride ourselves on maintaining a peaceful and tranquil building for everyone, including ourselves as we live below this apartment. Noise must be kept quiet between 10pm and 9am. If you enjoy the late hours nightlife and would mostly return after 10.30pm, please DO NOT book our apartment as this accommodation is not suitable for you.
