Casa da Su 1 ocean view and pool

We are in the south of Ilhabela, a 20-minute drive from the ferry, 5 minutes from the beaches of Veloso and Curral and 500 meters from the charming Praia das Conchas. We are a condominium of only three independent and unassailable houses surrounded by lots of vegetation and a wonderful ocean view. Come and enjoy the leisure area with a swimming pool and garden, private barbecues and lots of peace and quiet. Your pet is welcome and will have a private, fenced garden. The space "Casa Su-L" is a cozy space, perfect for a couple, but accommodates up to four people, if two sleep in the living room. It is a cozy house overlooking the sea, with a swimming pool and barbecue area, located in the south of the island near Curral and Veloso beaches and next to charming Conchas beach. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, split air-conditioning, ceiling fan, bed linens and bath. The living room has split air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, a large smart TV and a sofa where two people can sleep. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, as well as dishes and utensils for preparing meals. Your pet is welcome and will have a fenced and private garden. The prices charged are for two people. For more people (maximum of four) an extra fee applies. Guest access Access to the house is easy, via a paved road (10 km from the ferry). The house has an internal parking space with an automatic gate. We have a bus stop 150 meters away, with lines to the Ferry, Vila and the north of the Island. Ilhabela has taxi service, transportation apps and Aquabus. Other things to note I have two gentle dogs, but they are kept in a restricted area throughout the stay. Guest dogs are welcome as long as this is arranged in advance. House 1 has a small, fenced private plot where your puppy can move around freely. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
