Come and enjoy our guest house in the woods. Private entrance and outdoor sitting area is separate from the main house. This cozy cabin has a vaulted ceiling which creates a nice open space for a comfortable queen size bed, small kitchenette and comfortable chairs for reading or just hanging out. Large windows have open views of the woods and Greenhorn creek down the hill. The space Our property with the guest house is on two wooded acres looking over a year-round creek. There is private parking with a short trail down to the guest house. A gradual trail leads from the guest house down to the creek where we have a nice chairs and tables. Upon entering the guesthouse you’ll see just how spacious it is, with vaulted ceiling, and large open room. Cozy seating area with a love seat and ottoman, is great place to relax or read. Café table and chairs provide a place to eat meals and have a view of the creek. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric hot water pot, 2 burner hotplate, dishes and utensils. Full bath and shower with plush towels, shampoo, soap, blow dryer. Owner’s house is separated by a privacy fence, and guest entry is on the opposite of side and facing away from the main house. A gas heater keeps the place nice and warm in the winter and the ceiling fan and down slope breezes are enough to keep it cool in the summer. Guest access Guests have their own two car parking space above the main house with a short trail down to the front of the cottage. There is also open access to the creek from the cottage. Other things to note Sorry, but our place is not handicap accessible, bathroom access is a step down, there are porch stairs at entry and an unlevel path to access the house.
