The house is suitable for those who want, especially to enjoy sunny days, being able to cool off in the pool and have a delicious barbecue, with family and/ or friends...from there to visit the coast of Espírito Santo . Suitable for those who want to leave their children playing in the backyard with bare feet, or stand idly in the backyard... We are in a region that is not just a summer, so we have a flow of residents coming and going, thus reducing the risk of deserted and unsafe streets. The space The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with no history of violence, where there is a flow of residents all the time, not being that summer neighborhood that is deserted outside the high seasons...We have varied commerce close to the house. From the house to the beach, it takes ten minutes by car. And if you want to visit more well-known beaches, the house is, on average, forty-five minutes away. Our house is furnished, walled, illuminated, with privacy and comfort. It is located on two neighboring lots, on the main avenue of the neighborhood, close to bakeries, supermarkets and a pharmacy. We are close to Ponta da Fruta beach (2 km), Guarapari (30 km), and Praia da Costa (20 km). Two cars fit in the backyard, which share space with a mango tree, We have showers to cool off a little on sunny days. The house is comfortably furnished, but without luxury. The bathrooms have hot water and two bedrooms have air conditioning. The other one has a fan. The house was recently painted, giving it a more sophisticated look, and the flooring in all the bedrooms, living room, and balcony was replaced, and we included granite in its interior, as well as applying insecticides, thus preventing insects and/or dengue outbreaks. Our kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare lunch and dinner, as well as a refrigerator and other household utensils... In our backyard, we have a perfect lawn to let the kids have fun, with swings and a seesaw. We also provide a trampoline for our guests, and we are finishing a small wooden house in the yard for the little ones to have fun. Next to the house, we have the leisure area that is composed of a swimming pool, bathroom and shower, separated by a gate allowing greater safety for children... Recently, the leisure area was expanded with the inclusion of a colonial roof to provide more comfort and protection against the sun and rain. In addition to replacing the grass for flooring, giving more comfort and practicality to the leisure area... Guest access During their stay, guests have access to the entire house and attached leisure area, with complete tranquility and privacy. We have a complete barbecue area with a stove, refrigerator and barbecue grill, and in front of it a swimming pool ready for bathing... Everything is at the disposal of guests. As well as a backyard with lawn and shade for a hammock... Other things to note 1) The house is in a location that is going through a water and energy crisis, so you have to save water, so as not to run the risk of running out of it. (Although we have three water tanks for use.) Usually the water is supplied at night by the company. 2) I suggest bringing repellents, as there are nights when mosquitoes can bother you. 3) Leave the dishes washed before departure, as well as remove food from the refrigerators and turn them off after use. 4) Respect the law of silence so as not to disturb the neighbors. 5) The general circuit breakers are separate. Those of the house, on the balcony of the house. Those in the leisure area are inside the room, if you need them. 6) The streets of the neighborhood are not paved, so when there is rain there may be mud, but nothing that hinders locomotion... 7) Before check-out, collect all the garbage from the house, and if it is not the collection day, place it next to the gate. Garbage collection days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Or along the avenue, in garbage trucks that are parked there. 8) If there is any damage in the house or anywhere, please let me know. 9) Before any guest arrival, the pool is cleaned either on the day of arrival or the day before, being vacuumed and the water treated. The next maintenance occurs, on average, three days after the guest's arrival. However, the filter has an automatic function and filters the pool every day. As we are very close to the street, dirt on the bottom is common... The pool attendant has his own key and enters and leaves without any inconvenience.... 10) Use the shower before the pool, as the water can become cloudy with use without it. 11) We provide bed linens, as well as face towels. But we don't have towels in the house, so guests need to bring their own.
