Our home is a short ten minute walk to downtown where all the activities are and the tour ship's moor or a short ten minute walk in the opposite direction to the Plaza Mall . You will love the view of Tongass Narrows where marine traffic transit and eagles dive for fish. If you want your stay to be special with wonderful memories then you may want to consider this historic home with first class accommodations and a million dollar view. The space The 1930's home has been completely remodeled leaving the original hardwood floors and build in cabinets so you'll enjoy all the modern amenities with the old time charm. You have your own private entrance to the top floor of the house. I live on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a sitting room/kitchenette with a viewing deck and a bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed and the third room has a bunk bed with a full mattress on bottom and a single on top. You can rent one, two, or all three of the bedrooms. I close the reservations when even just one of the bedrooms is rented so you and your party will be the only guests for the duration of your stay. The daily rate ( check calendar for daily rate because it varies)is for two people in one room. If two people want separate rooms, an additional charge of $30 per night is added. Additional guest 6 years and older can occupy the other rooms for $ 35 per night. Children 5 and younger are $25 per night. The kitchenette does NOT have a STOVE due to insurance regulations but has a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster, utensil, plates and all you need for your stay. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are available for your convenience. All rooms have TV's and wifi. ALREADY INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICE IS HOTEL TAX AND CITY TAX. Guest access You will enjoy your own private area with a private bathroom and kitchenette NOT shared. All yours. Two other rooms are available for an additional amount but only if you request them if not the rooms are closed and only your guest can occupy them if needed. See pricing .
