Thank you! *** Please note that at check-in we will ask you to read, accept and sign the following house rules and regulations: PARTIES/EVENTS: Absolutely NO parties/events. This is a quiet residential area and is not the right house for a group looking to party. Keep outdoor noise levels to a reasonable level, especially after 10 pm. However, we recommend that you enjoy the space. Any excessive noise or complaints from neighbors (during the day or night) will result in a $300 fine. If there is a second complaint, we will ask you to leave the property and lose the rest of your stay and your security deposit. USE OF ELECTRICITY: Electricity is very expensive here in Playa del Carmen. You are given a reasonable amount of use (22 kWh) per day and any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at 7 pesos per kWh (about 34 US cents). Turning off the air conditioning and lights when you are away from the villa is generally enough to stay within the allowance. SMOKING: Smoking inside the house is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in a $500 fine. DAMAGE/LOST ITEMS: Any damage to the house/property or any missing items will be charged for their retail replacement value plus labor (if applicable). CLEANING: Keep the house clean and respect it as you would like others to respect yours. This is not a hotel. If you leave the house excessively dirty and/or with excessive garbage, a deep cleaning fee of $150 - $300 will be charged, depending on how bad the mess is. GUESTS: Only guests who are on the Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property due to insurance and liability reasons (Airbnb does not cover damage caused by an event caused by a non-guest). CHECK-OUT: Respect the 11:00 AM check-out time, as our cleaners must start cleaning to prepare for the next guest. We have a STRICT 11:00 AM check-out policy. Late check-outs will be charged $300 plus an additional $150 for each hour after the first hour.
