Playa Guasacate is a beautiful stretch of beach located just north of Popoyo. It is centrally located to all of the local restaurants, bars, stores and other activities in the Popoyo area. After spending a short time in the area, you will realize that both the local and foreign residents are all friendly, laid-back people. Enjoy the great views of the surf, beach and sunsets from almost every room of this spacious house. It is conveniently located near local restaurants. The space Playa Guasacate is steps away from the house and you'll find fun surf just right here. The waves here vary based on size, direction and tide, but offer fun surf for all levels. Popoyo is considered one of the most consistent and fun waves in the area. Both a right and left, this reef magnifies swell and is rideable almost everyday. Located about 4-5 kilometers to the south, it's a short walk, bike or drive away. You will have access to the upstairs unit only as there is one full time tenant living on the first floor. He is very easy going. The unit is a 2 bed/1 bath which offers space for up to 5 people and has it's own kitchen, living room, balcony and private entry. There is one queen bed, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds which can be arranged to your liking in the bedrooms. This house is located in a private neighborhood with 24/7 security and a very friendly environment. There is currently a full time tenant living on the first floor. Other things to note Monthly rentals do not include utilities (electricity and internet). We would need to collect a refundable security deposit of $500 before checking in. This will be used to pay utility bills and we will refund the remaining balance. We take a meter reading upon check in and check out and calculate the electric bill accordingly.
