Pool - Gym - Access to Beach Club - Parking inside the property. On the first floor of the property you will find a balcony with an exclusive view of the Caribbean Sea, a King Size bed, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a TV. On the second floor you will find a bedroom with 1 Queen Size Bed and a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy its unique view. Our accommodation also has security 24 hours a day. Other things to note There is a security deposit that is paid directly at the condominium that, in the event of physical damage to the property, both furniture and white appliances, etc., will be deducted from the total amount upon departure. If there is no incident, they will be returned in full. The deposit is $2,000 pesos mxn or $100 USD. It will have to be paid in cash upon arrival at the condominium.
