Conveniently located 3 miles, West of M5, 3 miles North of I 696. Only 3 houses away from lake, access is for swimming, or kayak, canoe launch, no boat launch at this access. This is not for picnic or parties, only for water craft, toys, and swimming. In Wolverine Lake. The house is not on the water. Enjoy a relaxed comfortable stay, with full access to the entire ranch home. In the small town setting of all sports, Wolverine lake. Home is just north of Walled lake, and Novi Mi. The space This house is a little house, and packs a big punch. It is newly renovated, the kitchen and bathrooms, and floors are all brand new. The appliances are also brand new, including a Gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. And brand new furniture, to cozy up the place. There is a desk/ work space in the basement, a new addition, for those who work remotely. There is a Carrier mini-split, this unit is for A/C and for heating the space on moderately cool nights. This unit has a remote control, in the living room. Point the remote at the Carrier unit to power up, and to make any adjustments. It is mounted next to the thermostat. There is also a full house furnace. Make sure not to run the FURNACE, AND THE A/C UNIT, at the same time. It has been done unfortunately, this is why I had to post this remark. Guest access The home will be exclusively yours. Please NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, or pets. Please treat my home, as you would your own, this is not a hotel/motel. Please do not bring any glade plug ins, or fabreeze spray, and no scented candles. The scent can be offensive to people with those sensitivities, and tend to linger in the fabric of the furniture and just hang around for days in general. Thank you Other things to note There is lake access at the end of Lucille. This is for kayak or swimming access only. No Bbq or parties, just 3 houses from the lake. And of course canoeing is an option.
