The Villa is actually elevated with dynamic beach and ocean views. Many first floor Villas sit so low that the dunes completely obstruct your view. NOT THIS VILLA! You can see it all! AND... Located on the first floor, there is no hassle of walking up flights of stairs. This Villa is perfectly situated to take advantage of true oceanfront living! There is also an impeccably maintained oceanfront pool PLUS a Kiddies pool just a few steps away. All surrounded by a large sun deck area with lounge chairs provided.
