Cozy town home close to downtown Houston

My town home is in a revitalizing neighborhood east of downtown, close to the Toyota Center, BBVA Stadium, Minute Maid Park, restaurants, night life, and museums. The metro is under a mile away, and there are multiple bus stops also within walking distance, and there is lots to do nearby. The space You'll have your own room, with private bath (towels, body wash, etc), smart tv, wi-fi, access to laundry room, access to the kitchen and living room upstairs, along with all common areas. There is plenty of parking inside the gated community, and on the street at the entry way. Guest access Make yourself at home, the only private space is my bedroom. You're welcome to the entire home :) During your stay I head to work early, go to bed early (I hit the gym before and after work five days a week), but am generally available to respond within a few minutes by text if I am not home and you need anything from me. You'll have plenty of space to yourself if you prefer it, and are welcome to make yourself at home.
