The suite has: ☀️ Air Conditioning ☀️ Minibar ☀️ Microwave ☀️ Electric coffee maker ☀️ 900 MB Internet ☀️ Smart TV ☀️ QUEEN bed ☀️ 4 pillows ☀️ Bedspread ☀️ Face towel and liquid soap. 👀 BRING QUEEN SIZE BEDDING AND TOWELS 👀 👉WE DO NOT HAVE A KITCHEN, but we offer ☕electric coffee maker, coffee powder and sugar. 🍹plates, cutlery, glasses and cups for simple things because we DO NOT have a kitchen. IF YOU DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE USING THE SINK TO RINSE DISHES, BRING DISPOSABLES, OR JUST DON'T USE IT😁, because as stated in the ad, we don't have a kitchen yet. 🙀We accept small pets with a fee of 79.00 for each pet🐶 ⭐For those who want convenience and also have the option to go out without using your car, the house is: 🏝️400 meters from Ilhote Beach. 🏝️700 meters from Ilha das Cabras beach, bar, restaurant, kayak rental, diving, shop. 🏝️1 km from Oscar Beach with a small kiosk 🏝️1.5 km from Portinho beach with restaurant 🏝️2.5 km from the ferry, market, pharmacy. Also close to more secluded beaches for those who want peace and quiet. 👉 PARKING is not inside the house. 👉 We use the parking spaces on our dead-end street. ❌ Not recommended for the elderly, people with mobility issues, and young children. ❌ The deck has no safety net. 👉2 flights of stairs to the suite.
