Peaceful Retreat - Close to Biltmore Estate

Sweet studio with private entrance in the lower level of my home. Perfect for visitors who want quiet and comfort close to all Asheville has to offer; 3 mi to Biltmore Estate, 6 mi to Downtown, 5 mi to River Arts District and 30 mi to DuPont State Forest. Many use UBER/LIFT from here for a safe night on the town. I love helping guests with brewery, hiking, restaurant and other recommendations. We have one indoor cat and one in/outdoor cat. Comfy studio in the lower level of my home with off street parking and private entrance in quiet neighborhood backing the woods. Feels like you are at a retreat but close to everything Asheville has to offer. Security on our property includes Ring motion activated spotlight cameras for the driveway and back yard. It records for 1 minute when it senses motion or a person in the driveway. Other things to note We regularly have wildlife in our backyard and sometimes the driveway including raccoon, opossum, deer, bear, turkey etc. Please look before you exit the house or your car to ensure that you are safe to move about the property.
