In Petit-Canal: Very pretty village, landscaped park, slave market, mangrove tour. In Moule: Edgard Clerc Museum, paragliding spot, surf spot, fruit and vegetable market on Wednesday afternoons, Distillery, beach with on-site food. In Morne-à-l'Eau: spectacular cemetery, in Vieux Bourg boat trip on the islets and visit to the mangrove. On the Sud Grande Terre, see the municipalities of the Riviera (Saint-François, Sainte Anne, Le Gosier). In Pointe-à-Pitre: the ACTe Memorial, the Schoelcher Museum, the central market. On Basse-Terre: many distilleries, scuba diving in the Cousteau reserve, Guadeloupe National Park with the Soufrière volcano, many waterfalls and hikes, museums, botanical gardens and tree climbing.
