Furry buddies play freely while you relax in this peaceful setting. A robust deck adjacent to the lawn overlooks the calm river, where you may relax and listen to the soothing sounds of nature. The sunroom beckons with plenty of natural light, creating a relaxing ambience ideal for reading a nice book while appreciating the lovely vista outside. But Walnut House's charm extends beyond its looks. Join us for evenings of fun and companionship around a bonfire, where tales are told and memories are created. For those seeking adventure, the trails around the property provide several chances for exploration and discovery. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 (Queen-size Bed) This cosy bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with wooden furnishings and modern amenities for the utmost comfort. It is equipped with a heater, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe and an electric kettle for the guests’ convenience. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 (Queen-size Bed) This cosy bedroom on the first floor is adorned with wooden furnishings and modern amenities for the utmost comfort. It is equipped with a heater, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe and an upper-level sleeping space to accommodate kids. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS (Private) There are 2 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA ( Private) The living room on the ground floor is furnished with traditional Kashmiri interiors and decor with a warm aura. There is a sofa with a comfortable seating heater, a TV, and a music system for entertainment. There is an al fresco dining space, a part of the living room that elevates the charm of this area KITCHEN (Full Access) - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. SUNROOM AND PATIO (Private) A snug sun room is situated on the first floor perfect to indulge in a book or a meditation session. There is a patio in front of the house with seating arrangements made from stone. LAWN AND DECK (Private) The lawn is present in front of the villa for outdoor activities and friendly matches. A deck is present on the lawn that overlooks the flowing river. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - There is no food available at the property, however, guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost for a session of 45 minutes. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost. - Guests can access the kitchen at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per day. - Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs 2500 during seasonal months and Rs 3000 off-season, per person, per day. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
