Come stay in our basement suite in King Edward Park. Just off of vibrant Whyte Avenue, close to UofA, downtown and ravine. Bright, with lots of natural lighting. Nicely furnished space with everything you would need. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter with seperate furnace. Meticulously clean. Shared laundry. Wifi is provided and a few of your favourite streaming services are already set-up. The space Studio space with seperate living room, seperate kitchen, and clean bathroom. New furnishings including new queen bed. Comfortable and clean. Guest access Street parking. Just off of Whyte ave with easy access to bus, taxi, uber, or whatever other transport you're in to. Other things to note Please note: We have two small children. We make a real effort to be quiet but you will hear us living in the space upstairs. We are all gone throughout the day but do live here. We also have a small, hypoallergenic lap dog (with no teeth) and a cat.
