Walk to numerous stores & restaurants at Santa Clara Town Center and El Camino. (Target, Sprouts, Chipoltle + much more) , SF 50 min drive, Cal train 1.5 miles. The space Original hardwood floors, plantation shutters, granite counters, gas fireplace, 65" TV, sun room. 1st Bedroom - comfy King spring bed. 2nd Bedroom - comfy Queen spring bed. 3rd Bedroom (converted sun-room) comfy queen futon with Tempurpedic topper. If if the 3rd bedroom is not needed the bed can convert to a sofa for a lounge room and office area. Backyard patio area with high privacy fences. Very large living room with all extremely comfortable chairs. Large Beautiful Kitchen also has a beautiful dove tail side bar to eat at and sip your morning coffee or tea. Park on drive and access to washer and drier in garage Bathroom in Hallway has shower/bathtub and there is an additional half bath next to kitchen in garage. Nest Thermostat. The home is extremely comfortable, modern, clean and up to date. You will love it and its location is very central, ideal to get business done anywhere in the silicon valley. And of course fast dedicated wifi and Netflix on the 65" TV! FANTASTIC DEDICATED TRAIL ONE BLOCK AWAY! Biking, walking, running, etc. Completely separate and safe from the main road San Tomas Expressway. The trail takes you south to the library (5 minutes) or all the way up to the beautiful natural bay lands. You also pass Whole Foods, The 49er stadium, Great America, and several companies such as Nvidia, Dell, Applied Materials. Meaning you can walk/bike to work! Or just enjoy nature:-) Guest access Spacious Parking on driveway There is a back patio area you are welcome to hang out in, but please go in doors during the week after 9pm be cautious to keep the noise levels down as the noise can travel and disturb neighbors. Other things to note The home is ideal for business groups and other respectful/responsible visitors and not for parties. I am sure you will love my home as much as I do and please take care. Also please no pets allowed in the home. No smoking permitted inside. Air conditioning included but if extensive use may request additional fee for use Initial supply of toiletries (paper towel and bathroom paper) is supplied but on long term stays guest is responsible for own purchase and use. Requested that guests remove shoes in home. Since the desirable shopping center is two blocks away it gets some thru traffic and a bit of street noise but as you can tell from reviews it doesn’t impact most people to a significant degree. Most of my guests stay a month plus and find the home very restful and peaceful. I do like to note it though as it’s a desirable area therefore does get a bit of traffic passing the home to get to the nearby amenities
