Beach House on the Sand

Comfortable house Pé na Areia, located at Guaratuba Beach in the Costa do Sol Condominium. Four en-suites, American kitchen, barbecue, oven and wood stove, pizza oven and laundry. Shallow, choppy sea with crystal clear waters, ideal for swimming. On this block there are supermarkets with a bakery and butcher shop. Our block is undergoing REFORESTATION. The garden photos do not depict the current layout. There is a grassy path to the beach, but the surroundings are being reforested with native trees. The space is well distributed both internally and externally, has nice balconies, hammocks and sun loungers. Access to the sea is through a beautiful lawn, where native plants are being grown.
