Excellent location, just half a block from the Sea and three blocks from the pedestrian. The 7 x 3 meter living room has on one side two single beds next to the window. On the other side of the living room, there is a table with 6 chairs and a large cupboard. The bedroom is complete with ample amenities, tables of light and comfortable for storing clothes. Check price optional garage The space The apartment is very well located in the premium area of Miramar, on Calle 15 between 12 and 14, half a block from the sea, and three blocks from the pedestrian. The apartment is very cool in the summer, very quiet and well lit. In the surroundings, just 50 meters away there is an Ancar supermarket, fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, meats, and other products typical of a supermarket. Going down half a block on Calle 15 there are two of the main spas of Miramar, Sol II and Tiburon, just half a block away, on Calle 12, the coast of Miramar.
