The house's mezzanine is a shared room, very spacious and bright. It consists of two single beds and a bunk bed, three closets and a desk for studies. The room has a toilet. For bathing, a shared bathroom is available on the first floor of the house. The space The house is located near the entrance of UNICAMP (FEF) approximately 700 meters (height of the Barão Geraldo Day Market) and also the center of Barão Geraldo. It has rustic decoration with a very high ceiling, ventilation and natural lighting and a large backyard that makes the space very pleasant. The house is one-story, on a cul-de-sac, with little movement. There is a guardhouse right in front with 24-hour security and surveillance cameras. We are a family home with 7 rooms for rent. Although there are other people around, we always seek to maintain a harmonious environment. It is worth noting that our house is not an inn or a student residence, and you will be integrating our routine, sharing the space and personal belongings. Please read the House Rules carefully, which help ensure everyone's comfort. Respecting these rules from the start makes the experience more pleasant and peaceful for everyone. The garage accommodates up to 3 cars with covered parking spaces (if you come by car, check availability of a parking space in the garage). Guest access Collectively, the balcony, outdoor kitchen, two living rooms and barbecue area can be used for study and leisure, always using good coexistence practices. The laundry room is for restricted use. Entry is allowed upon prior reservation and payment of a fee. Other things to note Guests' companions must send a copy of a document for approval of the reservation. In accordance with Airbnb rules, reservations on behalf of third parties will not be accepted.
