Visitors not listed as guests ,and staying overnight will be removed from the property immediately. No parties ,gatherings or event of any form is allowed . We limit the numbers of guests to only 2,and bookings should be no Less than 15 days . Totally private half of a house . This unit is located off the driveway .It has its own separated entrance , off street parking is provided and it is free of charge . It is a great place for visiting professionals in need of a place to do remote work from home or , be close to one of the local Colleges or University . We also cater to visiting nurses, because of its proximity with Cayuga medical and Guthrie clinic ( ask for special rates ) . ,As you enter the driveway , that is located on the left side of the property . You will see the spacious backyard .There is a small porch , and the front door is just there . As you walk inside the property , there is a living room / dining room , kitchen and a small lounge area . Inside the kitchen there is a door that leads to the "old",and unfinished basement and there, is where the laundry room is. “. As it is right now , even though the washer and drier is in a clean space, the low ceiling and poor lighting combined makes the laundry experience, a minus . We hope to improve that in the near future . to avoid further questions , there is AIR conditioning on the upper floor ( one in each bedroom. Plus ceiling fans . The First floor we keep temperature comfortable pushing cold air from upstairs with an upright floor unit . Observe that oin order for that provide excellent air flow , the bedroom doors will need to be open , at least during the day . We provide WIFI to any guest staying a month , or more.Feel free to use any channel subscription of your preference... Hulu , Amazon , Netflix ,You Tube etc , or any other APP that comes with a smart,or Pluto TV, including News,and Sport Channels. Entire unit , private entrance , off street parking , kitchen totally furnished and prepared for your stay. There is a living/dinning room combo , an old basement , 1 full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms located in the upper floor . We live in town ,and even if we are out of town we will assign someone to co - host . West green street has a lot of history surrounding it . It is a very diverse and energetic neighborhood ,currently going through great changes like the rest of town. When we first moved to Ithaca. I started understanding the town geography during my daily running routine. Moving from block to block , I discovered that each side of town has different character and history. Nestled up in the hills ,the beautiful Cayuga Heights. The front lake area ,and the blessed views of Cayuga Lake.. Then there is the East Hill Plaza ,a very quiet neighbourhood ,cemented academically as a result of its proximity with Cornell University and its Campus. Let's not forget the flat area that is comprised of Fall Creel to the northeast ,south side area and downtown Ithaca. The downtown Ithaca is the area where our Residencias is located. When one mentions "location" , this is what makes our place highly desirable . If you walk either right or left of the house ,you will soon find out that you are in a very central and advantageous location. The house is a short walk to restaurants ,bakeries, grocery stores, theater , pharmacies ,breweries, the Commons, and bus ride to different parts of town,including the University Campus. The property is located just a 1/5 block distance from Ithaca Commons, restaurants and a bus stop stop that will take you to Campus , or any part of town.The riding distance to Cornell Campus is around 8 minutes or less, but I highly recommend enjoying a pleasant walk up the hill,if weather permits. Either direction you take when you leave the property will take you to the grocery stores, brewery ( around the corner ), bakeries and coffee shops .Ithaca has an array of coffee shops , Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks , Gimme ! and other small coffee shops. Please provide a picture,and full last name , at the time your booking has been completed. Also give detailed information acerca of the second person that will be staying . I really appreciate to get to know you a little bit before your arrival . We have Security cameras "outside" the property ,and it is mostly for an extra security. We are very busy people , and it is not our intention to be wasting our time looking at it , and observing all the move you make, just be safe, A camera protect us and you ,in case a situation occurs that is out of our knowledge and it pertains to your safetyThere is no security camera located inside the property , so relax and enjoy your stay. I hope you have the greatest time in Ithaca ,and lasting positive memories of staying at our place .We allow no children under the age of12 at any time .
