We have air-conditioning ONLY IN THE LIVING ROOM, and in the bedrooms we have fans. In addition to a full bathroom + a toilet, we provide bed and bath linens. The space This space is our beach house, it has everything you need for day-to-day life and a beachy charm. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom + 1 powder room. The air-conditioning is ONLY IN THE LIVING ROOM. The apartment is spacious, bright and well ventilated. The end of the day on the balcony is beautiful, great for a coffee or a beer. You will check in alone. One day before your arrival, I will provide the access passwords and instructions for picking up the key and control. It's a simple building, no elevator, and we're on the second floor, so you need to climb some stairs, okay? There are only 9 apartments in the building and we are in a very quiet area of the neighborhood. It is on the side of Rua das Gaivotas (the best known) and also very close to Mercado Gaivotas - 500 meters. We have a lot of mosquitoes in the summer, especially at night, so bring repellents (for the body and for the outlets, too), and I suggest closing the windows and balconies before dark. We have an outdoor shower on the sides of the garage, clean the sand off your body and beach items before going up, okay? Our parking space is covered and free. Remember to close it when coming and going because the gate does not close by itself. Bring your beach towels, and items you find essential (cooler, toys, etc.), okay? The bed and bath linens available in the apartment are for use INSIDE the apartment, please do not take them to the beach. Guest access You can use the apartment and garage privately. The terrace/barbecue area is for shared use and must be previously scheduled/notified. Other things to note Voltage here is 220v. Bring T-shirts and socket adapters. Bring bug repellent. Avoid entering the building dirty with sand or wet. Bring beach towels, sarongs and a cooler.
