There is a shared space outside at the east end of the building where you can have a meal outside or just chill. Other things to note This is a bachelor studio designed for 1 person, 2 people max. So the hot water tank is small. The hot water will NOT last for 3 x 10 minute showers. There is no AC. July to early September it can reach 30+ degrees. I do have two portable fans.
