Family-friendly amenities include a cot, bedding, kids' plates, cups, highchair, and baby bath for your convenience. Two (2) secure basement carparks for your use. We're eco-friendly too! Enjoy organic amenities and sustainability efforts. Milk options - Please note that we only provide an alternate milk option on arrival such as soy, oat or almond. Feel free to grab any other preference you have from the EzyMart when you collect the keys. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living area features a breakfast bar, a large dining table, and a lounge with a Netflix-ready smart TV and lightning-fast internet. You will have full access to all of the building's meticulously maintained private, modern facilities. Building perks include a pool, Sky Garden, BBQ area, steam room, and gym. Guest access Key pick-up and drop-off are conveniently available at a nearby convenience store, open from 7 am to 12 midnight. I also supply two sets of keys for guest convenience :) Enjoy easy access to the brand-new Queens Wharf Precinct, with the Treasury Casino just a short walk down the road. Other things to note - PLEASE NOTE: ✒ We expect the apartment to be treated as your own and to be left clean and tidy in the manner it was found. Please note we take extra precautions with photos and inventory list prior to each guest checking in. If items are missing or damaged this will cause for a claim to be made. There are two secure car parks available for my guests who have two cars. I also supply two sets of keys for guest convenience :) Key pick-up and drop-off will be available at a nearby convenience store, which operates from 7 am to 12 midnight. The 3rd bedroom has the option to be set up for 2 Single beds or 1 luxury king bed. Milk options - Please note that we only provide an alternate milk option on arrival such as soy, oat or almond.
