The space The studio has a queen bed, microwave , stove, WiFi, cable a/c and offer all the amenities that two guests will need either for a vacation or business stay. The apartment is located one block from hotels, pharmacies, restaurants, pubs and has access to the beach just steps away. Beach towels (2) are included and small cooler it’s available . Umbrella and lounge chairs are available for rent at the beach. If you need a parking space let us know and we will provide one at no extra cost located on premises. Guest access Beach access is free and it just steps away . If you like to enjoy the casino you have free access to the Mario and La Concha hotels as well to their lobby areas where they have live music and to their restaurants and enjoy different types of cuisine. Other things to note Please note that the length of staying is on six days basis, you are welcome to stay as long as you wants but if you will like to stay additional days you can do so by doing a new reservation i extending the one you already has in the AIRBNB platform , in that case it is recommended that you do your reservations for the number of days that you are planning to stay at once in order to avoid instants blocking days from others guests . Once you do your reservation your days will be blocked in the calendar automatically ensuring your days length. Please note that if you decides to stay more than 7 days if you do your-reservations ahead of time I will not require any other secure deposit, in that case you have to notify me before doing the next booking for me to modify the listing excluding the secure deposit.
