The apartment is on the penthouse, it has a large balcony overlooking the sea. It is very cozy, bright, airy and is located 50 meters from the beach, perfect to enjoy with friends and family. The space is close to a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops. The space The apartment is super airy, bright and comfortable. It has Wi-Fi and cable TV (in the living room). It has a large balcony along the entire length of the apartment overlooking the sea, with a table and chairs. The barbecue is indoors and equipped with several skewers. The kitchen is super complete with utensils, dishes and appliances. The room has air conditioning and we offer a set of bed and bath linens (we provide an additional mattress for guests). The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The laundry room has a washing machine, sink, clothesline, and other cleaning items. Come and see this amazing space! Guest access All rooms in the apartment can be used, the space is not shared with the owners. The access to the apartment is by stairs. Parking is outside, in front of the apartment. Other things to note - We will deliver the place clean and tidy, so we would like it to be returned in the same way. - We ask that the trash be removed and that there be no dishes in the sink or food on top of the furniture. - We also ask that used towels be hung out to dry. This care facilitates the cleaning process and also contributes to a more profitable rental period. Any damage to the apartment will be the responsibility of the person who rented it.
