Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of space for up to 6 guests. Start the day with coffee on the terrace, spend it at the spa or in the spa gardens, and cook together in the evening. Elevator, free underground parking and contactless check-in included. The bus to the town center stops right across the street. The space Living and cooking The bright living and dining area has room for everyone at the large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher lets you cook whatever you feel like. To start your day, capsules for your first coffee are waiting for you, along with a selection of teas. For every cup after that, all Nespresso Original capsules fit the machine. In the evening, simply sign in to your own streaming service on the smart TV. Sleeping Bedroom 1 has a queen-size double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds, and there is a pull-out sofa bed for two in the living room. Blackout blinds on every window help you sleep well. A travel cot is provided. Two bathrooms No queuing in the morning, even if there are six of you. Towels, a hairdryer and toiletries are provided. The roof terrace Around 180 m² just for you, larger than the apartment itself: for breakfast in the morning sun and a glass of Franconian wine in the evening, with a view over the town. Comfort Underfloor heating and a ventilation system keep the indoor climate pleasant. Fast Wi-Fi, a workspace, bed linen, an iron and an ironing board are all included. The penthouse is also well suited to longer stays: washing machines and drying racks are available in the building. Guest access You have the entire penthouse and its roof terrace to yourself. It is step-free and reached by elevator. The penthouse comes with one free parking space in the underground garage (maximum vehicle height 2.05 m). Please send us your license plate number before you arrive. Bicycles can be stored in the garage or in the laundry room. The washing machines in the laundry room are shared with the other apartments in the building. On the day of arrival you will receive your personal code by Airbnb message and SMS. Enter it at our key box at the building and take your key from the dispensing flap. It is simple and works at any time of day. Other things to note Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. You are welcome to ask us about an earlier check-in or a later check-out. Your guest card: for the local visitor's tax of €4 per person per night you receive the Bad Kissingen guest card. It gives you one free extra hour at the KissSalis thermal spa, free entry to the Bavarian Casino and to the concerts of the Staatsbad Philharmonie, free tasting of the healing waters at the Brunnenhalle, and discounts at museums, cafés and shops. Low-barrier access: the building and the penthouse can be reached without steps. As we do not meet every accessibility standard, we are happy to answer your questions before you book. The penthouse is non-smoking; you are welcome to smoke on the roof terrace. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
