Chalé Pitanga - Serrinha Chalés - Lavras MG

Chalé Pitanga is situated on a large plot of land near Serra da Bocaina in Lavras, Minas Gerais. Only 230 km from Belo Horizonte and 440 km from São Paulo. Built in a rustic style and in a location that provides contact with nature without giving up the amenities of the city. We are still located in the rural area of the city, but only 5 km from the center (10 minutes), with a supermarket just 1.5 km away. If you are coming for the Alma Gerais Winery experience, we are a great option. The space Chalé Pitanga offers the experience of waking up listening to the birds and an evening with a beautiful view of the sunset. The cottage has recently been renovated and expanded. In a fully integrated environment, we have a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with a large sofa bed and dining table, cable TV with several movie channels, series and documentaries (Oi subscription channels). A minimalist kitchen with a 2-burner cooktop, electric oven, minibar and all utensils for preparing meals (pots, plates, cutlery, boards, etc.), wine glasses. Bathroom with shower and solar heating. Outside there is a balcony with pergola facing the sunset and a hammock. In front of the chalet there is a private garden with shower, Victorian-style bathtub (hot and cold water), portable barbecue and covered balcony area with hammock. We have Wi-Fi (100 MB fiber optic) and all telephone signals are picked up very well here. Pets are welcome (just let us know and mark it on your reservation so we can give you some instructions and restrictions). Our land is large, 1200 square meters (all walled) in which there are also two other chalets (totally separate), which use the same entrance/exit gate of the property. All cottages were built with privacy in mind. NOTE: We are NO longer under construction Guest access Free parking inside the property, 100% walled and with an electronic gate (also used by guests of Chalé Uvaia and Chalé do Pomar). Other things to note If you like biking, here in the region there is the Cycling Route. The circuit consists of four paths: Lake Route and Funil Community (30 km); Airport Route (20.6 km); Serra da Bocaina Route (43.3 km) and Serra do Faria Route and its Coffee Plantations (65 km).
