Full outdoor shared kitchen with all you need: hot water; BBQ, hotplate, pure drinking water, spices, pots/pans/dishes etc. Note that we do not provide food or ice - bring your own. Private outdoor toilet and shared outdoor hot shower with great views! I live next door in my yurt, so you will feel safe and comfy! The atmosphere feels so pure, so silent, so wild yet comfortable. Drive-in access most of the year with all wheel drive, or my ATV free taxi service to bring your belongings in and out for arrival and departure. And rare issues with mosquitos!!! You get to meet me and maybe other family members as you cruise around. The Kilcher Family offers tours and Experiences: Just ask me about it! Many guests also enjoy participating in projects we are doing. This is our commonly owned 600 acre Kilcher Homestead, as seen on the hit reality TV show Alaska the Last Frontier. I have 5 acres which I share with select guests such as you: I don't accept just "anyone" into my meadow which I aptly named "Miracle Meadow". The purity of Nature in this spot is transformative. And because I only have two guest houses, you have your own quiet retreat experience, while able to venture into the town of Homer to dine gourmet, explore the famous Homer Spit, hike across the Bay and much more to entertain yourself.
