Welcome to our apartment in picturesque Kluszkowce! ✨🌿 We invite you to our cozy mountain apartment, located right next to the fabulous Lake Czorsztyn! 🏡💙 It's a great place for those who want to find harmony between relaxation and active recreation. 🌄🚴‍♂️⛷ Book your stay and enjoy an unforgettable time in the heart of nature! 🌿💛 The space Our cozy apartment offers a comfortable stay in a stylish environment. Bright and spacious interiors create a warm, homely atmosphere. The terrace overlooking the mountains is the perfect place for a morning coffee or an evening of stargazing in peace and quiet. 🌄☕✨ There is a spa area - a Jacuzzi and a sauna - at your disposal on the premises. It is free to use, but requires prior booking. Reservations are available in time blocks lasting 2h 45min :) The apartment consists of: 🛏 Bedroom #1, where you will find: - Double bed, - 2 bedside tables, - A spacious wardrobe, where you can store all your belongings, - Table and chair. 🛏 Bedroom #2, equipped with: - 2 single beds, - 2 bedside tables with lamps, - A spacious wardrobe, - Additional seating. 🍽 Kitchenette, equipped with: - Full-size fridge with freezer, - Oven, - Kettle, - Four-burner induction cooktop, - All the necessary kitchen utensils, such as cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans – everything you need to prepare meals! A living🛋 room where you will find: - A dining area with a large table and six chairs, - A sofa bed, perfect for two people, - TV – you can log in to your Netflix, - Coffee table. 🚿 Bathrooms with: - Spacious shower, - Toilet. 🚪 Hallway with space to store extra things. In addition, we provide: ✔ Shower gel, hand soap, towels and fresh linens 🛁🧼 ✔ Coffee, tea, salt, pepper and dishwasher capsules – you don't have to worry about washing dishes! ☕🍵 ✔ Fast WiFi throughout the apartment 📶 The apartment is fully equipped as a standard home, so it is great for both short and long stays. If you have any questions about the available equipment, do not hesitate to contact us! 😊 Guest access 🔑 You will have access to the entire apartment. ⏰ Check-in and check-out times: 🕓 Check-in: between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Do you want to check in or out at a different time? 😊 If possible (no reservation / earlier or later departure of other guests), we will be happy to accommodate! Just let us know. 📩 ⚠ Check-in after 10 p.m. is subject to an additional fee of 100 PLN or 25€. This is a tip for a member of our team who will come to check you in after hours. 🙌 Other things to note We are at your disposal before arrival and during your stay. 😊 We don't have a physical reception on site, but you can contact us via Airbnb or by phone. ✨ Do you have any special wishes? Let us know in advance and we'll do our best to meet them. If you would like us to do some shopping before your arrival, just write! 👶 Travelling with a child? If you need a baby cot, bathtub or other accessories, please contact us - we will try to check their availability. 🧴 In the bathroom you will find shower cosmetics - please do not take them with you. 📄 In accordance with our offer and applicable regulations, each guest is required to provide ID details and complete a registration card prior to arrival. Without completing the form sent by link via the portal, we are not able to check you in or provide access codes to the apartment. This procedure allows us to ensure the safety of guests and facilities. The data is processed solely for the purpose of verifying the identity of the guest. Under no circumstances are they used in a way that violates privacy, and only the registration system we use has access to them. All check-in instructions and access codes are sent only after completing the form. If the data is not sent, it will be necessary to meet our employee in person, at a predetermined time, in order to present the document. 🛂 On the day of arrival, between 10:00 and 14:00, we provide detailed check-in instructions. In order to receive the instructions, it is necessary to complete the form in advance. ⏰ We kindly ask you to check out on time on the day of departure. For each hour of delay, a fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR applies. 🧳 As a host, we are not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment. Each time you leave the apartment, please make sure that the door is properly closed. If a key is lost, guests will be charged the amount of the entire lock replacement. 🚭 For the comfort of all our guests and in accordance with safety rules, smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment (both cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other substances). In the event of a breach of this prohibition, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of PLN 400. 🧻 Please note that basic supplies such as toilet paper, laundry capsules and dishwasher cubes are only provided for the start of your stay. If you need more, please stock up on your own. ❗ If the Guest loses the keys to the apartment, they will be charged with the costs of replacing the lock and making a new set of keys. This cost will be determined individually based on the price of the locksmith service and the purchase of a new lock. 🐕 Pets are allowed, but there is an additional fee for their stay.
