The breakfast bar seats 4, and a guest WC is available on this level. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer. The second unit (61m²) also offers a ground-floor open layout with living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and indoor dining table for 4. It opens onto a private terrace with seating. On the upper floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom (shower cabin) and washer/dryer.
