Parking for up to 4 cars. When the pool is heated, you cannot use the waterfall. You can work from home. We have fiber internet. Urban area, the sound has to be at a volume that does not disturb the neighbors next door. This is especially true after 11 p.m., when a municipal fine may be imposed. Pets are not allowed in the pool. When leaving, turn off the lights, close the trash bag and put it in the trash can. Ideal for families and friends! The entire house is for the guest's total use!
