The home boasts a neighbor-free backyard with unobstructed views — perfect for watching Disney fireworks from the comfort of your private pool and spa area. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open-concept living and dining areas, a game room for family entertainment, and tastefully decorated themed bedrooms. Windsor Island Resort Amenities: Guests enjoy full access to the resort's world-class amenities including a clubhouse, community pool, lazy river, waterslides, fitness center, mini golf, and more. Parking Rules (Windsor Island Resort Policy): - Only park in white-lined designated spaces. - The resort permits a maximum of 4 vehicles. - Do not park on grass, sidewalks, or block driveways or fire hydrants. - Curb parking is not permitted. Please ensure your vehicle is parked properly inside the garage. - Overnight parking at the Clubhouse is strictly prohibited. Failure to follow these rules may result in your vehicle being towed by resort management. Please note: This home is self-catering. We provide a small welcome starter kit with basic necessities to help you settle in, but we kindly recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to stock up on any additional items you may need during your stay. Other things to note Additional Services: You can add BBQ rental to your reservation for an extra charge. The pool heater, available for a daily fee, requires a minimum use of 3 consecutive days and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance. The heater's temperature won’t exceed 92°F. Please note, the attached spa isn’t a jacuzzi and will only be heated with the pool, sharing the same temperature. The heater, relying on heat exchange, won’t work in cold weather, and no refunds are offered if the pool does not reach the desired temperature under such conditions. Maintenance & Repairs Notice Your comfort is our priority. In rare cases where urgent maintenance is required — for example, with HVAC, power, water, pool service, or similar needs — our team may need to enter the property to resolve the issue. Whenever this happens, we’ll always keep you informed through the proper communication channel so you’re aware right away.
