Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. Other things to note Security: We have security cameras installed outside the house. Please do not tamper with or turn off the cameras. Any such interface will result in a $300 call-out fee for an electrician ‘s visit. All properties are in residential areas with strict noise rules. Noise outside between 10 PM and 8 AM, parties, or large gatherings are prohibited. Violations may lead to eviction, bond forfeiture, and extra charges. Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use.
