House in Figueira/Massambaba/Arraial do Cabo

Located 200 meters from the beach and lagoon, Figueira is located in the Massambaba Reserve. Ideal for nature lovers seeking tranquility. The native fauna and flora is composed of sandbanks, swamps, mangroves and lakes, there are options for trails, geosite, natural landscapes and lots of Buggy adventures. Figueira has a typical countryside commercial structure. Downtown Arraial is 20-30 minutes away. We have Wi-Fi and smart TV. The space The house is simple, but spacious and cozy, with a balcony and hammock for resting, very close to the beach. It is a duplex composed of 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite), living room, kitchen, bathroom, gourmet area with barbecue and garage for 2 cars. The neighbors are very hospitable and careful in their dealings. As it is a protected environmental reserve, the streets are unpaved and the beach is only accessible to bathers, with traders, buggy rides and parties being prohibited. Our proposal is to deepen the guest's experience with nature. Guest access The house is cozy and will be 100% available to the guest; nothing will be shared. We don't live in the house or in the neighborhood. We do not have room service or a reception desk. Check-in and check-out are arranged and flexible. Other things to note The cleaning fee charged DOES NOT EXEMPT the guest from delivering the home in reasonable conditions of cleanliness and organization. We do not offer bath linens, duvets or room service (cleaning, change of sheets, etc.). Figueira is a quiet locality, the nightlife is not bustling, but it has bars with drink options, snacks, and videokes. It is about 20-30 minutes from the center of Arraial do Cabo, in addition to having other nearby beach options (Seca Beach, Monte Alto, etc)
