ROY apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Prague, offering breathtaking city views. This lovely apartment provides added convenience with complimentary private parking and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Please note that the apartment is situated on the 6th floor, and the elevator only reaches the 4th floor. After that, there are 25 stairs to climb. The space The air-conditioned apartment boasts two elegantly furnished bedrooms, a cozy living area with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances, including a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Additionally, the apartment features two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and complimentary toiletries. One of the bathrooms also includes a bathtub. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience to enhance your comfort. IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION: Please note that parking is included free of charge with your accommodation and is provided via a car lift system. However, the garage is operated and maintained by the City of Prague, not by our company. Therefore, we are not liable for any issues, delays, malfunctions, or damages related to the parking system or garage operations. No compensation, alternative parking, or alternative accommodation will be provided in the event the garage is temporarily out of order or inaccessible. Car Lift Restrictions: • Maximum height: 1.9 m • Maximum width: 2.2 m • Maximum length: 5.2 m • Maximum load capacity: 2.5 tons (2,500 kg) Note: The maximum load capacity of 2.5 tons must not be exceeded. Overloading may cause serious damage or lead to collapse of the lift with the vehicle inside. Please bear in mind: • After positioning your vehicle on the lift platform, you must engage the handbrake (parking brake). • If your vehicle exceeds the load limit and causes damage to the garage system or other parked vehicles, you will be liable for all costs related to repairs of the garage systems or damages to your vehicle or other vehicles parked at the time of accident. • You can find your vehicle’s weight in the technical documentation of your car. We strongly recommend unloading all luggage and heavy items if your vehicle is close to the weight limit. Additional Restrictions: • Vehicles powered by LPG, CNG, or hybrid systems are not permitted. • Motorbikes and scooters are not allowed. • Side mirrors must be folded before entering the lift for larger vehicles. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please ensure your vehicle complies with these restrictions before using the garage. Failure to comply may result in denied access or damage to the vehicle and/or garage system. Other things to note Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Provided during your stay: - Clean towels (1 big and 1 small for each guest) & bedding. - Hair & body shampoo and hand soap. - Detergent for washing dishes, sponge, paper towel. - Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls). - Wireless unlimited high-speed internet available in the entire apartment. Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night. Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. Early check-in is always a subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee may apply. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in. Personal check-in (somebody will meet you at the address) could be also requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: - 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR, - 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR, - 00:00 - 00:30: 50 EUR. If you request a personal check-in please inform us as soon as possible (latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly. The fee is paid in cash during the check-in. Please follow our house rules, take a good care of our apartment and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.
