Weed smoking is illegal in Tennessee and WILL NOT be tolerated No central HVAC- high powered window units and Space heaters. The space Nicely designed, comfy interior. Lots of outdoor space to run your dogs or explore the creek. There is a Queen bedroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a sofa in the living room Other things to note Pets are an additional $50 per pet. Unfortunately the owner is highly allergic to cats and we can not accept them. True service animals are expected to remain with guests at all times. This means they will never be left alone in the home. We recognize that this property is not high-end and has a more worn look to it. That is reflected in the price of the home and insures we are able to offer housing close to downtown, in a great neighborhood that everyone can afford and bring their pups with them. All other structures around this property belong to individual owners. Please respect their privacy.
