We offer one bedroom with a queen bed for $95 and a second bedroom with a double bed for $35 additional, per guest, accommodating one to four people in our home. We are kid/pet friendly. Your bath is private and we only rent to guests traveling together. Our pool is solar heated, delightful in the summer. (late May until September). The hot tub is always ready . The space Our home is adjacent to the historic Applegate Trail in Phoenix Oregon, less than five minutes away from exit 24 or exit 21 on Interstate 5. Phoenix is a small community seven miles North of downtown Ashland, four miles south of Medford, and eight miles east of historic Jacksonville. We are in the heart of the Rogue Valley wine country and the famous Harry and David pear orchards. We offer one or two bedrooms with private bath in a spacious house. Guests access our beautiful in ground swimming pool and hot tub from their private room(s). For music let Pandora do the work or plug in your own to the stereo and you have a high end experience at a Super Eight motel price. We can accommodate one to four people in the same party and we only host one party at a time. We offer one or two bedrooms with high end firm mattresses, down comforter or whatever it takes to make you feel totally cared for after a long stretch on I-5. Our guests park in our driveway. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we hope you realize these savings when making your booking decisions. Special Pricing: We are pet friendly with a fenced yard. We charge $10.00 a night for your dog or cat. If you have more than one please discuss with us and we will evaluate our pricing. High speed WiFi internet is available and a continental breakfast is served in the kitchen, patio or pool yard. We do not offer cooking facilities. Please advise us in advance of any special needs and we will do our best to accommodate you. Bring your bike! Sunny Southern Oregon is bike friendly. We have miles of world class mountain biking and beautiful rides through the orchards for road cyclists. The Bear Creek Greenway (a 27 mile bike path from Ashland to Central Point) is half a city block away. Rogue Valley Transportation is a two minute walk away. The Oregon Shakespeare festival is underway until November, Crater Lake is two hours away and the Rogue Valley offers some of the best food and wine in the entire country. We look forward to hearing from you! Guest access Our guests are welcome to use the pool and spa. We will store your stuff in the refrigerator and we usually have ice for your cooler. We do not provide cooking facilities. Our back yard patio and our pool/spa yard are great places to eat or just hang out. During your stay We like to treat our guests as family yet we will leave you to to do your own thing. This is our home and we will be around much of the time. Other things to note The pool and spa are reserved for our guests. We don't allow guests to invite others over to swim/spa. The pool and spa are for the exclusive use of our paid guests.
