Separate room next to the family home

This room is independent and is located next to the owners' house. We have two playful and boisterous dogs on the property, which could be annoying for some guests. We have a hostel 200 meters away, where you can use wifi or a pool table. The property has parking for 1 vehicle and the room has a separate entrance. We do not have breakfast service, toilet, or wifi. We have toilet paper and towels. The space The room has a private entrance. Guests can use the garden.
