About 7 km away from Eichstätt, on a former farm in very rural idyll surrounded by farms, we rent out our approx. 75 sqm apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our residential building. The apartment was designed with a lot of love for detail and is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, a dining/living room (with sofa bed) as well as with a bedroom. Other things to note In the large bedroom you will find a bed measuring 180/200cm, as well as of course closets. In the dining/living room, next to a cozy dining area also a sofa bed, which also offers 2 other people a place to sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge incl. Freezer, stove and hob, pots and pans, cooking utensils, glasses, dishes and cutlery, coffee filter machine, toaster and kettle. Our services: - We offer you on about 75 square meters for up to 2 people (2 more people possible due to sofa bed), a lovingly furnished and functional apartment. We will also provide you with a cot and high chair on request. - The apartment is handed over by us both cleaned at the beginning and is also finally cleaned by us at no extra charge.
