Excellent and comfortable stay at totally new Studios with incredible spaces and areas and a beautiful decoration. Functional Studio that has it all!! Your Studio is fully equipped, each Studio has a double bed  and fresh linens, Spacious Closet and Work Area, Spacious and Modern Bathroom, and you can also make use of the fully equipped shared kitchen, with a microwave oven, and your private and locked Servibar type pantry and refrigerator. The space The Accommodation is inside a fully  remodeled building designed to house 10 comfortable Studios  for students, professionals, and young couples at heart. The property has 800 m2 built and intended for our guests' comfort. All common areas are designed to be enjoyed,  from our lobby reception where you can greet your visits or pick up your Delivery services,  to our Business Corner area where you can team up with your co-workers or schoolmates.  In comfort and without needing to climb to your room, this space has comfortable chairs, chalkboard, tempered glass door so as not to be interrupted, basic office material and paper printer in case you need to continue working until late and you don't have time to go out and print. But if the theme is to have fun please use our beautiful terrace with grill to prepare your food, tables and chairs to enjoy a Meat Roast weekend!!! Do you need charcoal? In addition, our Studios has the advantage of proximity to everything!!! In the neighborhood you can move around walking and cycling is safe and quiet. The parking lot has 6 spaces, it is free, it is at your use and risk and it is subject to availability and occupancy. Some days we have 100% occupation You may have to leave your car on the street or in the building of our sister project:  Casona 3. We only ask you to use only one space provided. Look for parking sketches, in the reception hallway, or in the Garage. During your stay Your Studio is located in a re-designed building set up for your complete comfort and independence.  The staff is present for most of the day, however and you require help, do not hesitate to contact me if there is any doubt or damage.  I am available. Other things to note Your access is independent and private, there are support, surveillance, and maintenance staff. Cleaning staff IS available until 4pm You'll have an immediate response from me if you need help. Emergency phones are arranged inside your suite. You also have restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks , convenience stores and pharmacies within a 5-10 minute walk.
