The unit has WiFi - STARLINK and Direct TV Cable. It is located on the lower level of a split home and has a stairway and ramp to access. Space: The apartment has 1 KING SIZE BED in the bedroom and a Full size Futon in the living area. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS PERMITTED ARE 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area and is connected to the living area where the futon is located including it's private bathroom and a shared balcony. Note that it is located on the lower level of a split home therefore has a ramp and stairway. Guest access: You will be entitled to enjoy your entire unit and a shared balcony. Guest interaction: During your stay I will be available to assist you with recommendations and any inquiries or needs you may have to make your stay more convenient, at the same time respect the privacy of our guests. Neighborhood overview: We are located in a small residential area near town, close to restaurants, grocery stores, car rentals, airport and 5 minutes to many beaches. We are not responsible for any power, water or internet failures or interruptions during your stay. In the event that this occurs please contact us and we will proceed to assist you accordingly. Getting around: Several Golf Cart and Jeep Rental companies are located on the island and offer free shuttle service to their offices. Golf Cart and Jeep rentals DO SELL OUT fast therfore we recommend booking in advance. We can recommend Carlos Jeep Rental, Jerrys Jeep Rental , UTV Rentals and Chocos Bronco Rental. Note that Culebra's taxis are normally available from the port to Flamenco Beach and near surrondings ONLY. Please let us know your ETA that will permit us to coordinate your arrival with additional information. We are located 5 minutes from the Culebra Ferry Dock and 8 minutes from Flamenco Beach. FERRY PASSENGER SCHEDULE- Daily trips departing from Ceiba ferry dock. There are also Ferry Cargo/Passenger trips but need to be verified at the port. AIRLINES- They are several airlines Cape Air, Air Flamenco and Vieques Air Link that offer direct flights departing from the SJU International Airport, Isla Grande and Ceiba. Other things to note: We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near town with access to all areas walking or driving.
