The space We have ample accommodations for families and groups, offering private suites, independent apartments and rooms for groups. Our guests can enjoy spacious, air-conditioned accommodations, no luxury, but free Wi-Fi. All with great vibes and hospitality, very close to the sea!!! Guest access We have at the disposal of our guests, free of charge, the common areas such as Garage (check availability), Waterfall pool, Garden and internal lawn, Covered patio, Dining room, Simple shared kitchen for small meals with sandwich maker and microwave. During your stay Located on Setiba beach, the OCA RUCA family wants to offer a differentiated and economical lodging. Because we are a family business, we want our guests to feel at home. Setiba beach is the perfect place to enjoy and great to relax, close to nature. Other things to note It is important to note that we do not charge any extra fees for the vehicle space in our garage. However, the garage is very small and can accommodate a maximum of 6 vehicles. Therefore, when the building has several guests, there is no way to guarantee that there will be parking space available. This is a problem that we have already identified, but it is difficult to solve, as we do not have more physical space on our premises. For this reason, I ask for patience and understanding from all our dear guests, because we are still planning how we should resolve this impasse.
