We provide bed and bath linens. Barbecue and exclusive kitchen of the accommodation and fenced yard for Pets. We are less than 5 min by car from Lumiar square, paved streets, easy access. Come and connect with nature and animals in this Paradise. The space Our space is equipped with all the utensils a home needs, our appliances are new, large refrigerator, full kitchen so you and your family can cook if you want, we have a barbecue grill, everything as shown in the photos. But we also recommend excellent restaurants, markets, bakeries, bars, cafes, which are a 5-minute drive from downtown Lumiar. We are approximately 2 km from the Poço Belo waterfall, 4 km from São José and Indiana Jones. Main road to Boa Esperança. Guest access We have a large fenced garden (not completely flat) exclusively for you and your family. 🐕We accept pets, fenced yard. * The waterfall is private property, shared only with guests of other accommodations, not open to the public. Other things to note Please be advised that our animals do not pose a risk to guests and their animals. The Chalet is 200 meters from Fazendinha in another space. We accept dogs of all sizes, as long as they are sociable and polite, not destructive. **maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. **please note that the yard is not completely flat. *Please note that the chalet has flights of steps, from the yard to the chalet and from the kitchen to the bedroom, but we have a door to separate the bedroom from the kitchen for children's safety. * If you have any other questions, we will be available to answer them, just send us an inquiry.
