Walking distance to beach, close to local Pub, Railway walking trail, and minutes to biking trails, and other great amenities. The space New home located on 2 acres of rural property in a quiet area. Beautiful mountain view from deck. We provide farm fresh eggs from our 11 free range chickens for your yummy breakfast (no roosters). The brand new bedroom has a 4 piece bathroom, with a free standing soak tub, double sinks, and large shower. The small kitchenette has everything you need to make small meals. This includes dishes, microwave, bar fridge, stove top burner, kitchen table and chairs. Relax and unwind with a glass of wine on your private deck while watching the sunset or enjoying the mountain view. The suite has its own heat and air conditioning system so you control your temperature. Plenty of space in the garage to safely store your mountain bikes, kayaks or mountain gear. We are a husband and wife with no children so our home is very quiet and peaceful. Guest access You will access through the garage using a key pad. There will be another keypad locked door specifically for the suite leading up a set of stairs with another locked door into your private suite. During your stay We have lived in the Comox Valley most of our lives so know the best restaurants, hiking, swimming, and mountain biking trails etc. Just ask, happy to help!
