The space An apartment on the ground floor in a private condo and the best part: all yours! The property has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Here you will find: // LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: - TV LED - sofa - Hammock - Geladeira - Cooker - Microwave - Refrigerator - 1 dinning table - Kitchen utensils // BED ROOM 1: - Double bed - Ceiling fan - wardrobe - AC *All the rooms have anti-mosquito screen so we can enjoy the nice weather without any worry with insects. // *Bathroom with blindex and hot water // The condo has security system with cameras all around. Space for 1 car in the parking lot, upon request. Guest access You gonna have access to all the apartment. It’s your home, take good care! Other things to note - Minimum length of stay: 2 days. If you book for only 1 night, an additional cleaning fee of R$ 60 will be added. - Check-in is from 3 pm. Can be accord differently, upon request if available. - The departure is punctually at 12h (noon). At 12:01 our cleaning staff will be knocking on the door. - Reservations for the carnival must include all 5 days: it is a package. If you make a reservation for a portion of those days, I will send a special offer with the complement.
