Private single room in a bright, top-floor apartment, with breezy front and back veranda. Quiet residential area with parking for two cars. Secure, with padlock on front gate, security cameras and burglar alarm. Living in the apartment below are the owners, who are happy to interact and share advice. Please note the minimum age for guests is 20, and the minimum stay is two weeks. Please provide photo, ID and contact # before booking The space The apartment has its own entrance, separate to the owners'. There is a kitchen stocked with utensils , fridge/freezer and stove. The bedroom is one of three rooms available: one double, two single – the entire apartment can also be reserved (see separate listing). The apartment has a living/communal area with a smart TV. During your stay I am available to socialise and to answer questions.
