There’s 1 full bathroom (sink located separately), a living room with a large sofa, loveseat, and bench, plus a dining area for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, and refrigerator. Both the living room and master bedroom open to balconies where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a good book. The atmosphere is perfect for those seeking to disconnect, enjoy peace and comfort, and experience San Juan del Obispo—just minutes from Antigua Guatemala. Guest access Guests have access to the Clubhouse, which features a swimming pool (reservation required with set schedules for everyone’s comfort), jacuzzi, restaurant-bar, game tables, WiFi, and a children’s area. You can also enjoy the walking trails with gardens and benches, as well as the firepit area. The BBQ area is available with an additional fee, subject to availability, and includes furniture.
