Guest suite in San Juan

Cozy LITTLE apt near everything in San Juan with direct access to restaurants, main avenues and highways; it is a short walk to Plaza las Americas shopping mall, 15 minutes from the airport and a 10 minutes' drive to Old San Juan and the Mall of San Juan. Perfect for any traveler looking for a place to rest after exploring. The property is in a local neighborhood; has 3 living areas (1 is my brother's, and the other 2 are short rentals, sharing the entry alley.) The space This apartment is one of 3 units The one in the front is my brother’s, the back one is a short rental as well as the one in the middle, which is yours. The apartment has a small living area, and 2 full bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. It also has a working kitchenette, and a small bathroom with a shower with hot water (not hot water in the sink though). It has a lot of natural light with the windows open, but due to the heat most of the year you can have your air conditioning on, although we would like it off when not inside the apartment. The alley it's the entry way to your apartment and the 2nd rental in the back (a small gate marks the space to get in.) The outside entry it's small so be alert, there are two parking space available, one for your use if you need it, although Uber works perfectly in the area. If you need to park a car, we encourage you to have a small car. Parkings spots are shared with one long term rental and another Airbnb listing. The unit is a 2.3 KM or 15-20 minutes walk to the Hiram Bithorn Stadium, the Roberto Clemente Coliseum and Plaza Las Americas shopping. You can also take bus number 2 to those locations. Bus 2 also gets you to the Roosevelt train station. From there multiple options for public or collective transportation. Guest access The apartment has a lockbox, close to the entry gate and after that, the listed apartment is the first door to the left. Other things to note Be mind of unnecessary noises. Puerto Nuevo is mostly an old people neighborhood, and we like our guests to be considerate. But you should know that we don’t control noises in the other houses next to ours. And if you are interested in surfing lessons, Gerardo’s brother, Sebastián, is a surf instructor and we can put you in contact with him.
